The reaction products were used to detect the inhibitory effect of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.Results show,The reaction products of each group were able to produce a clear inhibition zone to E. coli, and the possibility of acid, lactic acid bacteria, lactic acid bacteria secretion, and the antibacterial activity of zinc sulfate were eliminated,All of the products produced in the products have antibacterial effect of nano Zinc Oxide. In the further pathogenic bacteria growth inhibition test, each group of products can significantly inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,The highest inhibition rate was 59.9%, the lowest was 21.5%.
