享有世界浪漫之都盛名的法国,其葡萄酒更是闻名世界。法国葡萄酒的发展 经历了漫长而曲折的过程,正为其深厚的文化底蕴打下了坚实的基础。随着葡萄 酒种植业与酿造业的发展,法国的葡萄酒文化制定了严格的分类和等级,从而为 高水准的葡萄酒体系打下了基础。法国之所以能产生独特的文化特点,进而形成 完善的文化体系,正是因为葡萄酒的历史积淀与时代冲击。作为在中国推广最为 成功的葡萄酒,法国葡萄酒文化对中国葡萄酒影响很大。笔者认为要寻找中国的 葡萄酒文化,法国是无法绕过的一道风景。 同时随着时代的迅猛发展。人民生活水平
逐渐提高,更加注重生活的质量和品位。对于中国人来说,葡萄酒不仅是餐桌上的浪漫点缀, 更是渗入到生活中不可缺少的健康饮品。此外,本文拟通过学习法国葡萄酒文化,达到提升 本土葡萄酒产业发展的目的。

ABSTRACT
French is the world’s most romantic county and its wine is also famous in the World.The development of French wine get through a long and tortuous process, which make a solid foundation for its famous culture. With the development of the wine-growing industry and the brewing industry , Portugal , France wine culture has developed its strict classification and grade, thus found a high level of Wine system. France has been able to produce a unique cultural characteristics,thus forming a complete culture System, precisely because of the wine Generation shock. As the most successful promotion of wine in China , the French wine culture has a great influence on Chinese wine. I believe that if one is looking for China 's wine culture then France is unable to bypass. This paper is divided into five parts: In chapter one, “Introduction”, we provide a brief picture of research background the three major aspects as well as the significance of this study. In chapter two,French wine history and Culture are reviewed. The development history of French wines and process, French wine classification and grade, and French wine culture characteristics are presented in details. In chapter three, Chinese Wine culture and history are related. Then we state the rise of wine culture and the development of wine culture In chapter four, The influence of French wine culture to Chinese wine is the main point. And we list the four reasons of influence: a Shift In Perspective, the lack of raw materials, High cost performance of French wine, brand effect. Next we also analyses the aspects of influence,which is the wine industry in our country faces huge challenges and the Chinese wine lost his style characteristic. In chapter five, “Conclusion”, we provide a conclusive analysis of the empirical results together with the relevant theory and offer the answers to the three hypotheses.
