陈庆虎教授简历及研究工作简介
现任浙江大学物理系凝聚态物理研究所教授,博士生导师.1966 年 3 月生,1994 年在中国科技大学基础物理中心获博士学位,专业为理 论凝聚态物理.发表 SCI 收录学术论文 60 余篇.在国际物理学顶尖 刊物 Physical Review Letters 上共发表 3 篇论文,其中第一作者 2 篇 (2001 年和 2003 年各一篇) 第二作者 1 篇 , (1998 年) 在 Physical . Review B 上共发表 9 篇论文.

近期主要研究成果

1. 高温超导体的输运特性和非平衡态相变的研究 对电流驱动的三维各向异性 XY 模型进行大规模的数值模拟,研 究高温超导体磁场平行于 c 轴的涡旋物质的非平衡态相变及输运特 性.发现从运动的 Bragg 玻璃到运动的 smectic 的相变是一级相变. 在有限温度下, 在运动的 Bragg 玻璃相的电压功率谱中首次观察到洗 衣板(washboard)噪声.还研究发现在高驱动力下涡旋圈的激发在 动力学融化中起主导作用.给出了精确的涡旋物质非平衡态相图.结 果主要发表在 2003 年 Physical Review Letters 上.请见论文 1. 2. 二维 Josephson 结阵列反常的有限尺寸效应 证明超导 Josephson 结阵列的数值模拟和解析理论的差异是由 在周期性边界条件下反常的有限尺寸效应产生的. 我们基于特大阵列 的模拟结果支持解析理论预见的的电流-电压关系.涡旋动力学的解 析分析揭示外加电流引入了两个本征长度标度,它定义了电流-电压 特性的三个不同的尺寸区域.结果主要发表在 2001 年 Physical Review Letters 上.请见论文 2. 3. 界面生长模型的动力学指数 利用 Berker 格子模型,数值证明 Kardar-Parisi-Zhang 界面生 长模型的动力学指数是普适的,它不依赖于噪声分布的具体形式,校 正 了 近 年 来 国 际 文 献 中 的 错 误 观 点 . 结 果 主 要 发 表 在 1998 年 Physical Review Letters (comment)..请见论文 3 .
